Product Design For Friday PM, Future Of Work Startup

What was done

While working as a product designer at Star Kyiv, Oles Gergun collaborated with the Friday PM team to reposition their internal desk-booking tool into a full Future-of-Work platform. The engagement included qualitative research with employees and facility managers, definition of personas and key user journeys, facilitation of UX vision and positioning workshops, restructuring the information architecture for both employee and FM applications, and prototyping new mobile and web experiences supported by an updated design system.
