Process
Initially we recommend to write us an email with the business inquiry. After a quick email exchange we offer a 30-minute intro call. If it feels like a good fit, we start scoping the project.
Steps
Regardless the service
0. Scoping, offering, and contract
The scoping process is usually done in-house, as usually the clients have the blueprint of it in the written form, or it was already discussed during the intro-call. If the scope is quite big, we create a separate meeting or a series of meetings to analyze the features and business needs deeply. After scoping we send the offer to the client with timing, phases, stack, team, roles, deliverables, standups schedule and costs. After that, we sign a contract mentioning the stack, features, phases, deadlines, and costs.
Website development ▣ wdev
1. Main working phase
We start the web development process when the final designs are approved. We'll start working on the phases described on the previous stage, provide live staging links, temporary third-party service credentials and conduct standups as stated in the offer, where we sync and share the progress with the client. Also we will add a bug tracker in Notion (example) or GitHub, available both for the client and the studio.
2. QA phase
While most crucial bugs are resolved in the previous stage, we reserve additional time for final QA. Typically, we allocate 1-2 weeks for both teams to review the staging site, focusing only on two types of edits: a) bugs (issues that prevent proper functionality) and b) new features (new designs and functionalities). If a new feature exceeds 1 hour of work, we charge extra for the additional effort.
3. Launch
After QA is complete, we prepare for the official launch. We will hand over all necessary details, including hosting information, third-party service credentials, and any relevant documentation. As we launch, we remain available to assist with any last-minute adjustments.
4. Post-launch support
Following the launch, we offer a 30-day support period to ensure a smooth transition. This includes addressing small fixes, offering CMS tutorials, and providing general support.
5. Future cooperation
Beyond this period, we offer an ongoing support. We can continue working together on new versions or features, the scope of which could be discussed post-launch.

Visual identity tool ▣ vtool
Main working phase
This service is for the design studios, who want to instrumentalize their style-forming techniques. Usually the techniques are related to the visuals, not layouts. For this case we create a web program. With just a few clicks, both studios and their clients can generate custom brand visuals. We don’t break this service into phases as it’s a small-scope task.
Visual identity ▣ vid
1. Brand image workshop
We create small-scope, digital-first visual identities, primarily for startups. Clients often provide a marketing strategy with key brand attributes, but if not, we conduct a 1–2 hour online brand image workshop using FigJam or Miro. In the next phases, we evaluate the brand image against these attributes to ensure clear, objective metrics for design outcomes.
2. Concepts
After a couple of weeks, we present 1–2 visual identity concepts, showcasing basic elements like the logo, colors, typography, and style-forming techniques on key media mockups. The client selects a concept and provides feedback via email for further refinement.
3. Working on the selected concept and edits rounds
Once a concept is chosen, we refine it based on the client's feedback. We do maximum 2 rounds of edits, each usually lasting a working week. Additional rounds are available if needed, at an extra cost.
4. Deliverables hand-off
We prepare and deliver all assets, including logo lockups, color scheme, typography, and any other branding materials. The purchase of typography and imagery, if needed, is made on behalf of and paid for by the client. These deliverables are provided in multiple formats, ready for both digital and print use.
